Our Team
Pine Run has built a strong team of dedicated employees who manage the day-to-day operations to ensure the success of every project. Our Project Manager Kelly Rivers is responsible for planning and overseeing jobs from beginning to end. Liz Purcell, our Accounts Manager, handles all administrative, systems and procedures in the office. Jennifer Dubas is our General Counsel. Out in the field, Vincent Procter, the Operations Manager, manages all field responsibilities including efficient allocation of resources, managing on the job tasks and also works closely with Kelly and the customer’s site supervisor to ensure the success of every project. Also in the field is Foreman Douglas Krotz, Mechanic Trevor Haag and crew laborers Matthew Hayes and David Paradiso.
Brian Dubas, Owner and President
Since September 2019, Brian Dubas has served as the President and owner of Pine Run Construction. Brian has a long history with the family business, starting with the years he worked for the company as one of the on-site laborers while he was in high school. In 2011, Brian rejoined the family business as the Vice President of Administration and Business Development. In that role, Brian’s primary responsibility was to expand, develop and modernize Pine Run by leading the company into new lines of business, expanding Pine Run’s client base dramatically enhancing customer service, and inspiring and supporting Pine Run’s employees in their efforts to continuously improve their training and expertise. By executing on these objectives, Brian transformed Pine Run into the highly specialized, DEP compliant, customer-service driven organization it is today. Brian currently holds DEP, OSHA and API certifications, as well as all of the major manufacturers’ certifications in the petroleum industry. He believes in maintaining a strong knowledge base among all Pine Run employees in the art, trade, and unique regulations of petroleum construction. Pine Run operates in the tradition set forth by its founder and industry expert, Greg Dubas, of serving its customers with quality, compliant and cost-effective work.
Previously, Brian Dubas was a leader in the local banking industry, working for various small and regional institutions. Among Brian’s achievements were managing a region of 200 people and a billion dollar deposit portfolio, while leading business development efforts. Brian was recognized as a top producer and for providing outstanding customer service.
Brian has a BS in Marketing from the University of Delaware. He is a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s Prep. The Prep’s motto is “Men for and with others” and Brian has used this principal to guide his career. He has always contributed to the communities and industries that he has served. Gregory E. Dubas, President Emeritus
Greg Dubas has over 50 years’ experience construction management and maintenance in petroleum industry. As a 1971 Drexel University graduate, he holds a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering.
Greg began his career at Mobil Oil Corporation as a Project Engineer responsible for the design and construction of new service stations. A few short years later in 1975, he assumed responsibility as Engineering Center Staff Services Manager overseeing a staff of 32 in charge maintenance and construction administration in the Eastern Region. Later in 1980, Greg was named Field Engineering Manager and was responsible for project design and construction. He was the top nationwide performer and helped develop the first complete modular service station building.
In 1985, Greg founded Pine Run Construction, a company specializing in petroleum industry construction and utility systems including tank and fuel system installations and convenience store construction. In 2019, Greg sold Pine Run to his son, Brian Dubas. He remains as a consultant and valued member of the Pine Run team to this day.
In 2018, Greg founded Elias Consulting, LLP. Elias specializes in inspections of Aboveground Tank Systems, provides expert witness and consulting services. He holds API 653 and STI certifications.
In addition to his professional achievements, Greg is a founding board member, served as Executive Director and current Treasurer of Tank Installers of Pennsylvania. He was also a former director of the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority and has served as a two-time director and member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute.
